Quick update. Well some learnings really.

Lite coconut milk in coffee was gross.
Butter in coffee, actually pretty flipping good.
Olive oil makes everything better.
People think this protocol doesn't make sense.
I eat more green veggies than I used to.
Animal and dairy fat is awesome!
This diet is not terrible to follow, I think calories/macros need counted for good results which is pretty tedious.
I enjoy the foods I eat.
I am leaner than I was.
