Bench repetition effort BAD do Speed bench instead. 5-8 sets of triples, use 50% of your 1rm or lower bar should move fast. Doing max effort reps will only screw up your bench later during the week.

Squat (I dont see a purpose in back squatting twice a week, make these front squats instead and it would make more sense to me.
