: Deadlift and Press
Decided to track today since I'll have more time for training. When my training changes, I notice changes in my diet, too. For today's log, all I can say is WHOA! I had no idea I've been eating so little. This is almost half of what I was eating in March. My activity level has been low recently because of work, so that explains the decreased appetite. My workouts aren't as big either.
