Awesome, I'm stoked to have hit 5 sets of 8 with the plates on push press. I'm starting to see more size in my body with this high volume compound lift training. It's pretty exciting actually I think I'll be sticking with the 5 sets of 8 for a bit longer than originally anticipated.
