Saturday events
Happy with today, felt solid. Little bit of rain on and off throughout. Was planning on doing tire also, but it was too wet. Still got in solid work.

Farmers walk
50 feet each
120 each hand x 2
160 x 2
210 x 6 runs, these felt solid. Happy here
160 x 2 runs of close to 150 feet
These were brutal, but felt good. Happy with how my body is feeling.

Clean and press medley- 3 rounds
Fat bar x 135 x 2
Log x 125 x 2
Keg x full keg x 2
Need to start doing these more, the weights were light but this was brutal

Suitcase Deads
70 x 2 x 10 each side

Ab roller x a lot

Need to continue to get my core strong, that is the key to strongman for me. Everything else feels strong. My picks on farmers still feel slow and heavy but once it is up, I am good to go.

Debating on buying a strongman belt. Vulcan makes one at a good price with mixed reviews. It is half the price of the rehband belt, which also has mixed reviews. I think it is a good idea if I plan on doing this for a long time.
