It depends.You can do front and side planks.I did front planks for 60 seconds a few days ago, but yesterday I did them with very little rest for 30 seconds.It's a good exercise, started shaking after the first round.You can increase the time by 5 or 10 seconds each time, and when that gets easy you can put some weight on your back to make it harder.
