He's an irritable and peculiar geezer, but he - albeit indirectly - got me into "proper lifting", all of a year ago. Grateful for that.
If not for him, who knows, I might still be sitting at random machine after machine, supplemented with horrible cardio, and calling it a day.
Thought free weights looked "dangerous". Ha. Then I read what he had to say, and it made a lot of sense. Still does, mostly.
