JHP kicked in and I felt great. Wasn't sure exactly what to work tonight. So we decided to do back. Deadlifts felt extremely easy tonight.. I wanted to push for more but tweaked my back a little in the 400, butt came up to quick. Two scoops on a pretty empty stomach is great.
