Basically got forced into a deload in the squat. I lifted at the school I work at. Nice racks, and equipment, but its just a normal olympic bar. It is too narrow for me to fit in, and the way the pins were I couldnt get my hands on the collar. So I ended up basically lifting it up without my arms on it, then putting my hands on the collars, then walking out. Anyway, this is how it went down.
