Default Sumo pulls and I am no Dan Green!

Warm up: Lots of band mobility work.

top sets
565x2 decent speed

585x2 grinder!

605x3 off 2" blocks.

Haven't found that sweet spot yet pulling raw. Just haven't found any leg drive off the floor pulling sumo. I need to get my hips under me more at the beginning of the pull

Snatch grip deadlifts:
275x6x3 sets

Deficit reverse grip:
315x6

Power squats:
8x4 sets

That's about all I had time for. We had a guy benching tonight that is getting ready for a meet so that took up a good bit of time. We are always happy to help though.
