Working: 365x4, 405x4, 425x4, 445x4, 465x4, 485x0 (just didn't want to budge)

Deficit deadlifts: 225x3x6

Versa Gripps are the bomb, guys. Taking a little getting used to, but not having to worry about grip was really nice. Lots of bros at the gym today. Guys pulling for 1RM on the trap bar. Young kids doing lots of curls. Me? I'm happy using them for motivation when I move heavy weights.
