Today was Squat for Reps.. I've got a little catch in my lower left back/hip. Going to go to the Chiropractor later today to see if he can figure it out.
All Squats where past parallel.
Wide Stance Squats - nice and slow
Lunges - Been a while since I done these...
Close Stance (Deadlift footing) Squats ----50 REPS
Tried to do the last set all in one, but my hip was getting a little painful..
And grilling my lunch.... Salmon
Just about have this done as well.... Getting Closer...
