Hello everyone. Name is Palmer.. I've been posting on the other site for around 3 years now, close anyways. My stats are as follows (if you care)

Seated OHP Best: 185x2
Standing OHP Best: 135 x 8 (I think?) lol
Bench Press Best: 270
Squat Best: 275
Deadlift Best: 365

I've been running 5/3/1 for a while, last summer when I lived at home I never weighed more than 158 or so, now today a year later I am weighing 176 dry weight in the AM.
