Today was just a suck fest. I felt out of position every time I put my hands on the bar. My hips shot up on everything but the block pulls. This will mark a conclusion to my deloading without pulling. I have to keep myself in the groove, one way or another. I gotta be more diligent about maintaining good form,and have to keep pulling. Maybe work up to 315, and then do some heavy GMs. I will try that. Hopefully it will work.
