Honestly, the thing that struck me the most was that the trainer counted to three and told the lifter when to unrack the bar. WTF is that all about?

Sad thing is this kid could be strong if he got a real lifter to train him. First on the list for every session; 20 minutes with the prowler, and 1 hour of hill sprints once a week.
