The "Instinctive Routine"

(or, the routine that every gym rat across America performs)

Day 1

--A few sets of bench press
--A few sets of pec deck, or DB flyes
--Curling in the squat rack (why not...no one at the gym squats anyway, and looking in the mirror is so handy!)
--Ab work supersetted with numerous trips to the water fountain

Day 2

--Lat Pulldowns
--Possibly a few sets of low pulley rows
--Front, side and bent over laterals
--Ab work supersetted with numerous trips to the water fountain

Day 3

REST!
