Four of us went down to the rugby club with a prowler and a 10kg keg.
20m high handles
20m low handles
4 overhead keg tosses
3 reps each set, 3 sets in total. Rest between reps was when other people were working so rest was somewhere in the region of 3:1. 3 minute rest between sets.
This was brutal. Prowler on grass is tough. So tough we didn't load the prowler. It's been 3 hours since we finished and I'm just starting to feel normal.
