BTB-Thinking i'll Run #29 2-3 times, adding 5-10lbs/cycle then a 6-8 week peak before the meet in september. I'll be dieting through this, looking to go around 430/303/518@183-190
If all goes well. Mainly running #29 because if anything my deadlift is behind schedule.
I will be pausing every rep of every bench set, and bottom half repping any warmups, as well as pausing the last rep of any set of squats that is reasonably easy. Stupidly sore after first day though
