Squat:

235 x 6 *PB*
Best squat since I started doing them ATG and not box.

Front Squat Machine:
1pps x 10
1.25pps x 10
1.35pps x 10
2pps x 10 *PB*
2pps x 10 *Match*
I'm not sure if I can find a picture of this machine but basically it goes over both of the shoulders, you have plates on each side, and you squat. Basically looks like a safety squat bar but in the front.

Leg Curls:
Slot 10 x 10
Slot 10 x 10
Slot 8 x 10
Slot 8 x 10
Slot 8 x 10
Went down in weight here because I have yet to learn the way it should feel when exercising the hamstrings. I slowed the whole movement up, and really try to imagine the cabled weight stack going as far up as it can, holding, and slowly going down, felt much better all around.
