Default Death-to-quads day

Deloaded from the squat today as planned so I decided to destroy my quads

Heavy sled pulls 40yds x5 trips

vertical leg press:
3x10reps
3x8

Single leg, leg press:
5x10

quad extensions:
5x16

T-handle cable rows:
3x10

abductors:
50 reps

Hamstring curls:
50 reps

I hit this one hard and went about as heavy as I could on all the sets! I have always had fun training like this and hate I have gotten away from it in the past. I actually thought I was about to throw up a couple times! That could have just been all the chick-fil-a and preworkout I downed right before I lifted though..
