Default Dog House Training 5/6/13



Fighting a cold, but had to get some work done. Today began cycle 3, partner got tied up at work, so I was on my own. Changed up the exercises for this cycle.

Will add weight next time on Over heads,DB Bench and Scott Pulldowns. Will add reps on Rack Chins and Cable Pulls to Chest.
