One of those days.
Got in and squatted, I'm not sure why I messed with my routine but I wanted to squat. Did some volume and went alright, I shouldn't expect to be doing volume with decent weight yet.
Shoulder is hurting, could only bench first set of what I wanted, didn't do barbell rows or face pulls and I left weighing a lot more than I did 2 weeks ago.
It's days like this I question why I even go and put myself through this.. no gains except fat and always sore.
