06/05/13 - Squat, Bench, Dead

Squat w/Belt
165kg x 1, 1
140kg x 3 x 5
140kg x 3 All paused

Singles were off, lower back was stiff in the hole so repeated 165 over adding weight. Back-offs were solid, last few with <60sec rest.

Bench

105kg x 3 x 6

Singles were OK, struggling to keep right shoulder in so eccentrics were super slow. Think the problem is with my right lat not engaging properly when I bench, when I finally got it into position and got my lat tight it cramped like a bitch. Need to focus some mob work here. This has always been my dodgy shoulder and sits slightly forward compared to my other and is a stubborn bitch with anything requiring mobility.
