Big lifting today and big things from Purus. I hit half a scoop of Condense about 30 minutes before lifting, then a scoop of Muscle Marinade 15 minutes before. Solid energy, set PRs on deadlifts, axle clean and press, and log press at BSM.
Muscle Marinade reflection below
Flavor - 8/10 - its pretty good, but the condense spoiled me a little
Mixing - 10/10 - a few quick shakes and a swirl and no grain in the shaker left
Energy - 9/10 -not cracked out, but good constant energy
Pumps - 9/10 - minor shoulder pump during log warm ups, but most of the work i did was singles or triples, so not much pump work there
Strength - 10/10 - 545 deadlift felt easy. what more must i say?
Endurance 10/10 - The supplement did not let me down at all here, just my own conditioning. 150 minute training sessions are grueling.
Side notes. Its a 4 hour drive back home from BSM, but I was awake and alert the whole drive. Muscle Marinade gives focus and alertness like nothing else.
