Hi, someone asked if I will post stats and log etc. I will keep a journal and possibly each month type it here or wait until 6 months for better numbers. For the moment lets say I'm 180lbs at 6'2 (don't know how accurate but was 10% bodyfat). Planning to eat 3200-3500 cals, also going to try gomad. My goals are for overall strenght and size.
