Chest; Abs; Biceps

flat DB press>> 55x10(warmup) 80x6/85x6/90x6/95x6/100x3--was going for 6 but just didnt have it in me.
Incline DB press>> 80x8/8/8/8/5-failed at 5 instead of 8
cable flys>> 5 sets of 12
decline situps>> 5 sets of 15
Cable 21s>> 50lbs standing up.... 5 sets..... dude the burn was insaine!!!!

pretty great workout, i missed my numbers on the last set of both DB nech presses, but was pretty happy anyway

Diet
shake, oats, creatine
chicken and green beans
chicken and green beans
PWO shake, creatine-- dropped the Dextrose as im doing a low carb diet
5th meal--- not sure yet, but it will be something meat contaning 45grams of protien and then some green beans
bedtime shake
