As you pointed out in another thread, most rest-pause routines are very similar. As I stated earlier, I took what I liked best from the other routines, including HCT-12 and put it together in my routine. There really is very little new in the lifting world, just rehashings of old stuff in new packages. That is all this really is, older concepts in a newer package.
