Hey guys. Been gone a while I know but I had to take some time out. I think shitty posture (I work from home at a desk) has had more to do with my back issues than lifting. I was in pain to the extent that I couldn't even leg press!
Anyways, I've more or less come to the conclusion that I am, and really only ever have been, a casual lifter and competitions of anything of that nature are not really on the horizon. I'll be lifting but I'm just going enjoy myself and see where it goes. I may or may not do 5/3/1 and I will be ensuring I don't gain too much fat
Probably won't log my sessions too much but I'll definitely be popping in to all your logs from time to time.
