Star Wars Day: Day 1 of PWO stack
Scoop of Muscle Marinade with about 14 oz. of water 25 mins prior to training.
Taste was great. Not too sweet, tasted pretty much like Kool-Aid fruit punch. No crappy aftertaste. I was very pleased with this.
Scoop of ConDense in 8 oz water.
Tasted like water with a little bit of apple in it. Again, not too sweet, not overpowering, no crappy aftertaste.
Both mixed pretty well and no nasty sediment.
By the time I got to the gym, I felt like I was floating. Head was clear, concentration was superb. I felt freakin' huge while I was lifting. The BA tingles started during warmups on Military press, which I just love the feeling of.
I think we have a winner here. Looking forward to this next week using it.
