Saturday strongman
Felt good today just really hit yoke. Pressed for time a little bit. Need to continue to focus on tightness. Looking into getting a strongman belt by rehband.

Yoke
All about 25 feet
180 x 4
230 x 2
300 x 2
380 x 2
450 x 2
500 x 2
530 x 2, this was tough
380 x 4
These felt pretty solid, I am approaching my top end number. Will slowly get back to it, trying to stay pain free.

Front squat yoke
180 x 4
Just wanted to feel these, pretty good

One arm KB swing
40 x 8 each
50 x 2 x 8 each

Felt solid today, things are going well
