I like High Reps (10-20 reps) for Squat and Calves.

Bench Press and Press Behind the Neck work best with low to medium reps for me (5-8 reps)

The others vary—few higher than 10 reps.

This probably varies with person to person.

Jason says that 5 Reps Is High Reps.
