Pre-Workout: 2 scoop Juggernaut HP, 12oz water
Intra Workout: 1 scoop creatine, 20oz water

Seated overhead press
4sets x 165lb x 5reps

Arnold presses
3sets x 40lb x 12reps

Front plate raises
3sets x 45lb x 12reps

Side db raises
2sets x 10lb x 40reps


Straight bar tricep push downs
2 sets x 80lb x 5reps

Overhead db tricep extension
2 sets x 40lb x 12reps

Seated French presses
2 sets x 80lb x 12reps

Rope tricep extensions
1 set x 40lb x 40reps

Took two scoops of Juggernaut HP tonight. Everything felt great. I was going to do close grip bench tonight but due to elbow pain I didn't. The pump from Juggernaut HP was great, the focus was amazing and actually still feeling good. Looking forward to trying HP for legs.
