Diet seems to be working well with those numbers, and it's good to see you make small adjustments as necessary as I think a slow gain is optimum for uz old folks haha.
I reckon training whilst sick is a judgement call I would base on severity as I think training may take away some of the body's ability get well. This is just my opinion. As always, it biols down to listening to the bawd.
