Also to throw this out there, I'm gonna try it when I do my next Cube cycle, Mark Bell runs the weeks consecutively.
All speed weeks, then rep, then heavy.
I really like the Cube, just didn't have much oppurtunity to run the bbing day. I could see good gains if extra pressing was done then, like overheads or close grip bench.
