495 x 2 x 2 ( had more in the tank but this felt good and fast so kept with it)

Reverse band deads

675 x 3 x 3sets (the weight I missed that kept me from getting 2,004lbs total in march was 677. was good to move this weight even if it was reverse bands.)

Good mornings
