We were all still nice and sore from Monday and lacked a little tightness I think. Everyone still had an awesome night though. All of us are doing about the same thing so there's a lot of good competition going on in there. This is something that has been needed for a while!
wide grip bench:
rear delt flies
band face pulls
Weight is down around 250 but still feeling strong. Hopefully, finances permitting I will be able to bench in June at the SPF nationals. If im still hanging around 250 by then I might try to make the cut to 242. I have never cut weight before and I think it would be a good challenge. I still have a while to put it all together.
