Calories: ~3750? - the lady friend cooked homemade chicken parmesan and wheat penne and broccoli - probably the least high GI backload I've ever had lol
Added some BCAAs, a cookie, and slice of cake to increase the carb content.
Carbs: lower than usual
Protein: much much higher than usual
