Got distracted today
7x10 185lb squats
8x10 65lb curls
3x10 65lb overhead tricep extensions
then got home and did 6x10 burpees while watering the lawn
Seems my bulk got a bit sloppy over the last month and a half. Going to work in more burpees at home.
Excited to have the movers come. Have a rickety 100lb barbell set, a pullup bar, and 2 40lb dumbbells coming. Can do more training before and after work.
