Now add super ram

Took off super ram and finished with

Arms were crazy pumped and so was chest . I decided to lift at home because I was gone in a class all day and by the time I could lift , to many Brocephs would be at the public gym we are temporarily using. Feel today was a great session, strength is not quite as good since losing 7 pounds but damn I'm looking sexy
Leg Doms have set in from yesterday , ass and hammie's mainly but quads are pumped too .
The plus side of all this, I'm starting to see abs at 230 . They look as good as last year at 215. I'm trying to maybe get to 225 and maintain through the summer boating season. Already looking forward to next years winter bulk
