While I was doing my deads, a 40 year old classic know-it-all curlbro came by when he finished playing with his dumbells and told me: ''Why are you doing such a painful excercise man? Are you into weightlifting? You are too tall for weightlifting anyway''. I had a face like ''do you even lift, bro?'' and then his buddy came by too and told me that deadlifts are very bad for my back and I should stop doing them... Μy zen approach to things helped me remain calm respecting the gym owner whom I appreciate and don't want to cause him trouble, I nodded and continued my deadlifting. Damn, I wish I had the money to build a home gym and get rid of all those jerks.
Good session though, projected deadlift max went to 143.
