Last 5 reps on 2nd set were insanely hard and couldn't get any more on the 3rd set.
Pull Ups/Chins (Alternate)
These were all a bitch right from the start, but I am happy with 3 pull ups as I haven't done them in over a year. I suck at them, but this year I am going to rectify that, just like I did my bench in 2012. I will be pulling out all the tricks to progress on them like negatives and rack chins and total reps, etc.

I was thinking of JB size arms to get me thru the last 15 seconds.
Post training meal was a baked chicken breast with back attached, raw broccoli, and an avocado with a few blueberries for dessert. This is a typical meal for me - a protein, fibrous complex carb, and a healthy fat. The avocado makes the meal, as it makes eating raw veggies easy and tasteful because of the texture. eating this way also makes for high absorbancy of all the nutrients.
