I dont know what has got into you this week, but i LOVE IT! you are killing it this week. Squat reps looked great. I also think it works much better with you on that lower rack height. 315x3 next week!
We need to talk about how to breath some in the squat, I will try to type something up, but not sure if it will make sense. WIll be hard to explain with out "talking" through it. Might need to talk by phone one day this week.
