I have been training first thing in the morning for years. I love it and it is my preferred way to train. I wake up and down my preworkout right away. When my preworkout has creatine (when I do strength w/o's), I take it with powdered gatorade. Otherwise, both my preworkouts have aminos in them, but I usually add a scoop or two of Xtend. Either way, I'm good to go about 30 - 45 min, and a washroom break, later.
