More squats and deads.

Added 5 pounds to squats today. Felt ok. Certainly wasn't a grinder. I will add another 5 pounds in 4 days.

Right knee was a hair off today but it didn't prevent me from going 100%.

Deadlifts I started to lose steam. I loaded up the bar anyway and hit a double.

Squats
145 x 5
235 x 3
325 x 1
415 x 1
430 + 60 chains x 1
430 + 120 chains x 1

Only unloads by 40-50 in the hole.

Deadlifts - From 5"
135 x 1
225 x 1
315 x 1
405 x 1
495 x 1
585 x 1
635 x 1
635 + 120 chains x 2

Only about 710-720 at the top end, maybe a little more.
