I feel romanians mostly in my hamstrings of i do them a specific way. I have to keep it lighter and really focus on pushing my hips back and getting an intense stretch, then using hamstrings and glutes to get back upright. Thats the way i did these so they lit my hamstrings up! Lol. They're good and sore already today, so tomorrow will be interesting. I like the 10 sets of 10 protocol for accessory work. Not so much for the main lift. It destroyed me when i did it for squats. Romanians were great.
