I got off the boat at 5 am. been up since 11 pm and took an hour nap when i got home from 7 am to 8 am.
me an the wife had a couple rounds of cardio since I been gone a week
but that has never effected me before.
I have been back on Intermittant fasting for about a month. doing pretty good with it so far. I have not been training fasted though due to my work schedule and when i get to lift.
Today i had 3 egg omlet at 10 am and lifted at noon.
squats ( on the smith /power rack combo )
275x1 this was all i had in me today at atg.
straight leg dead lift
45 deg leg press
(weight not including sled weight)
45 degree leg press calf raise
450x15 ,15,12 same as last session. calfs cramped up on me
90x10x2 slow controled reps never locking out or resting.
195x20x3 +5 reps on first set.
done in 75 minutes.
energy was drained today. i will be feeling this later. \
all my sessions on the boat were really good boat work outs. I did not feel like loggin from my phone and dont use the boat computer much anymore. signal has been horrible where we work this past week so did not get on line much.
