First off would like to thank Infinite Labs for the opportunity to try out Juggernaut HP.
Training experience: I used to workout 12 years ago but work,school and life caused me to quit. I currently been working out now for about a year, more serious the last 8 months.
Goals: my goals for this 30 day period is to push myself to do more than I did the week before. I will be cutting my calories back some trying cut down on some fat. Right now I am taking protein, bcaas, creatine ,pre-workout and glucosamine and chondroitin.
Routine: Currently I am doing Steve Shaws power muscle burn routine. I am doing a 4 day split. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I am mixing it up every other week, throwing in a completely different routine just for something different. I plan on starting some cardio at east once a week.
I am looking forward to using Juggernaut HP.
