Various drills for 30 minutes-limited rest
Wanted to see how my back reacted to these, felt fine, good sign
ab wheel, leg raises, band work
Plan on doing some stretching later. I still have some terrible knots in my upper back, hang cleans helped to work some of them out. Tomorrow is OHP
I am trying to get my attitude back. I need to start getting a little crazy again, I got out this because of powerlifting. Everyone said focus on your form, no need to get all jacked up. But that's when I was strongest. Time to go on the attack again and start a war against the weights.
