Strong pulls, buddy. I'm no expert on squat form, but mine is pretty good. That form was shit. Not in a powerful stance at all, butt out first. only good thing about it was the arch in the back, bar was too low, and those wrists were bent all to hell. Put a foot up that trainer's ass for setting his client up for injury.
