Thanks man, I started doing them when I realised that my left leg is pushing stronger than the other during squats.
Cycle 4, 3's Week, Day 3
Pull ups (a minor rear delt pain didn't let me push it as I wanted)
Lateral raises 3x12
Ohp up, next week is pr time.
